Last week Crompton House School celebrated the coronation of King Charles III in style. Our canteen served up delicious school meals on Wednesday, offering students the chance to taste Coronation-themed pie, quiche, cakes and biscuits.

Mrs Marsh’s food technology students designed a menu consisting of a Coronation chicken sandwich, a sausage roll or cheese puff, quiche, Eaton mess and a brownie to raise funds for the school’s PTFA with the overall aim of purchasing a school mini bus.

And to finish off the week, Headteacher, Karl Newell, and Sixth Form Administrator, Julie Atkins, wore British themed outfits on Friday.
