Teacher of Social Sciences – MPS/UPS, full time permanent


We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and creativity to contribute to raising achievement in Social Sciences. This would suit a recently qualified teacher seeking their first post, or an experienced teacher looking for a new opportunity within an established Social Sciences department.

We are looking for

· an enthusiastic and committed colleague to join our Social Sciences Team,

· an outstanding teacher with a passion for learning,

· an excellent communicator who can bring out the potential of all young people

· someone willing to teach at both Key Stage 4 and 5 in all three Social Sciences

Crompton House is a highly successful, over-subscribed 11–18 Church of England school situated on the edge of the Pennines, in Oldham, north east of Manchester.
