Morrocan influence

During the February Half Term break, Year 9 Food and Nutrition GCSE students travelled to Morocco to experience the rich culture and flavour of their exotic cuisine. After sampling the local hospitality a ‘cup of Apple Tea’, the group ventured out to explore the bazaars and try their hand at cooking Moroccan style using the traditional cooking pot the ‘Tagine’.
