Inspiring FUTURES - KS3 & KS4

Crompton House School Inspiring FUTURES Curriculum

Key Stage 3

As soon as our pupils join us at Crompton House, we encourage them to start thinking about their future. During our PSHE programme and occasional external careers information provider drop down days, in every year group, students start their journey of understanding the world of work and potential pathways that might attract them for the future. We also invite guest speakers (often alumni) to talk about their career journeys. This is an exciting way for pupils to engage with providers and to explore different career pathways.

Our Careers Week in March ensures every subject across school uses a range of approaches to drive pupils’ aspirations for their future with particular foci on ‘Building Character and skills’ in preparation for KS4 and life after school. As soon as our pupils join us at Crompton House, we encourage them to start thinking about their future.
